The Multiplier approach to leadership delivers higher performance, because it gets vastly more out of people.

This highly interactive session will introduce you to the concepts of Liz Wiseman’s “Multipliers” and is designed to equip you with resources you can bring back to your own organizations.

You will leave with a firm understanding of the difference between behaviors that Diminish others vs behaviors that Multiply your genius and that of those around you. You will also practice using replicable exercises and tools to identify your own specific Genius, which will allow you to be more productive, aware, and confident in your own abilities.

In this session, you will:

  • Discuss the value of applying the Multipliers concepts
  • Identify the mindsets and behaviors of Accidental Diminishers and corresponding Multiplier Shifts
  • Articulate 4 skills to apply the “Multiplier Effect”
  • Practice applying one skill (“Look for Genius”)
