About Richa Kaila Mukherjee:

My love of learning started early when I was at school, reading all of Shakespeare’s work by Grade 7.  My learning continually progressed, as I graduated with a bachelor’s in management and accounting, followed by master’s in business administration majoring in Human Resource Development. My passion for talent management and people's success led me to pursue a career in HR, starting as an HR Business Partner and soon after moving into the Learning and Talent Development role. I now have over 21 years of experience leading, designing, developing, and implementing learning strategy and solutions, working in multiple countries across four continents. I have been fortunate to have worked with great teams and organizations across industries, generations, and geographies.

WHY I JOINED EDWARDS LIFESCIENCES:

With its compelling credo to put patients first, Edwards Lifesciences has been a dream-employer for me.  Being a part of an amazingly talented team, that helps impact people’s lives across the world, fulfills my passion for doing innovative and path breaking work. The dream became a reality when a friend and co-worker recommended me for a position in the Global Learning and Talent Development team. I now lead Leadership Development for all Senior and Executive leaders at Edwards globally.
