Corporations are under increased pressure to improve their diversity and inclusion efforts. This has risen to prominence not only because it’s the right thing to do, but because it has become important to remain competitive.

One of the struggles related to DE&I programs is how to create one that is meaningful for the employees and the organization. In other words, what can be implemented that will make a notable difference in companies having broader representation and diversity of thought.

One way to do this is to elevate the professional development of minorities, to provide greater opportunities for growth to those who may not have previously had access. Contributing to the advancement of diversity in organizations through educational opportunities not only helps employees develop in their careers, but also helps the organization become more competitive in the marketplace.

During this event, you will learn:

  • Key steps to creating a diversity action plan.
  • How to communicate your diversity action plan.
  • How to monitor the outcomes of your plan.

Special Bonus: Ducere will be providing a $50 Uber Eats or Amazon gift card to every attendee who sets up a 20-30 min. meeting by April 5, to discuss attendee needs and challenges and how Ducere can help.
