This session focuses on how to communicate effectively, authentically, and dynamically to all types of audiences.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Adjust their training sessions to make sure their audience is engaged
  • Define their main goal for their session
  • Craft their content to be clear and concise
  • Build in interactivity with their audience

Tacy Riehm has delivered a version of this popular session for the Trainers’ SIG in the past, and she will be reprising it for us this year.

We look forward to seeing you there!
