Creating Training is taught by senior training professionals from the ATD‐OC community.  This program takes participants from the initial needs analysis through the evaluation phases of a training program.

Topics Include:

  • Performance Consulting
  • Needs Analysis
  • Program Design
  • Document Design
  • Program Evaluation

The course works great for both experienced and inexperienced trainers and presenters. Those less-experienced focus on developing fundamental skills, while the more-experienced take action on subtle tips and techniques that take their skills to the next level.
