The featured company is The Irvine Company and the speaker is Yvan Mau who will be sharing their case study of OD's role in their journey of enhancing the Customer Experience -- so really their role in supporting the business.

About the presenter: Yvan Mau has enjoyed 15 years of sales management, organization and leadership development, and training experience working for well known companies like Procter & Gamble, Quest Telecommunications, and Pepsi-Cola.

Prior to his current role at the Irvine Company, he served as the Director of Sales Training and Development for Freedom Communications. While at Freedom, Yvan led the sales training department and successfully launched a new sales hire on-boarding program, a learning management system, and a sales leadership development program. He led a team of trainers to train and develop 800 sales representatives and 80 sales leaders helping them to increase their productivity and effectiveness around partnering with local businesses to achieve their goals through advertising and marketing.   

In his current role as Director of Organization Development and Training at the Irvine Company Yvan’s vision is to empower each employee to maximize performance through innovative and progressive development and training solutions. He accomplishes this through coaching, facilitating, and partnering with leaders to execute strategies and tactics that increase productivity and ultimately deliver the key results for the company.
