I fell in love with training when I was a Subject Matter Expert. I knew there must be more to training than what I was doing as a SME, but didn’t know what those other parts could possibly be.
Enter the Total Training Program from ATD-OC which filled in those gaps.
It allowed me to understand all the parts that make up a training program from needs analysis to evaluation and the skills of how to do it all.
This is essential for newbies like myself entering the Training and Development field.
It also did something else, it helped me recognize and confirm the skills and abilities I already had which could be dovetailed into creating content. That coupled with the talented facilitators, great networking opportunities, real world application while gaining confidence and acquiring new skills made the tuition so worth it.
