Ruthann Ritter has been working to help set our chapter up for success in 2017. She is a perfect example of someone who has been able to make a big impact to our future success working behind the scenes with both our marketing and membership functions. For the past few months she has been working to set up our 2017 marketing efforts by creating promotional materials for Total Trainer as well as helping draft a calendar of events for 2017. Ruthann has also stepped into the Co-VP of Membership role months before her term begins to bring in, welcome, and support new members now and in the future. Help me congratulate Ruthann Ritter.

THANKS to Tom for his leadership and hands-on management of our Accelerated Learning (AL) workshop. His fingerprints are all over this very successful workshop outcome:

    • He jumped in with his whole heart at the outset of our planning--championing AL, one of his own most powerful, professional development experiences.
    • Starting last Fall he initiated with AL thought-leader, Dave Meier, and his son Tom, fostering and advocating their good work for our OC colleagues.
    • He nurtured AL along: initiating requisite doc's, and marketing support; directly soliciting attendees.
    • He kept an attentive eye ib all learning event details, including helping the Meier's with pre-workshop set-up.
    • All his efforts resulted in a well-attended workshop with 17 PAID attendees--the ATD-OC Board, and our members,THANK YOU!
