Play at work requires special considerations compared to play in general and play in adults because of the inherent power differences among people in workplaces, the general attitude of play at work, and unique various aspects of culture which may impact play decisions.

Playing the right game or activity at the right time is the key to L&D effectiveness and creating environments ripe for vision, innovation, and engagement.
