Changing culture is a challenging task. Changing an unhealthy culture is grueling. Both can be accomplished. Just as the Colorado river created the Grand Canyon, L&D is in the perfect position to positively change an unhealthy organizational culture. Time and repetition are two powerful leverage points in organizational change.
How would you change the cultures of Sodom and Gomorrah?
Participate and leave with new tools for successfully changing organizational culture.
Program discussion includes:
• Identifying and evaluating the key factors sustaining organizational culture• Developing an organizational change plan through artifacts, espoused values, and underlying assumptions• Implementing cultural change through currently delivered programs
The BizSIG is for people on the L&D fast-track. Each meeting agenda includes learning points and time for sharing knowledge and experience.
